Day 2 – Brahmacharini: This form represents devotion and penance. Brahmacharini symbolizes love, loyalty, and knowledge.
Day 3 – Chandraghanta: The Goddess with a crescent moon on her forehead. She embodies peace and serenity but is fierce in battle.
Day 4 – Kushmanda: Known as the creator of the universe, her energy is said to give life to everything. Kushmanda brings warmth and vitality.
Day 5 – Skandamata: The mother of Skanda (Lord Kartikeya), she symbolizes motherly love and care, offering protection to her devotees.
Day 6 – Katyayani: This form represents courage and is worshipped as the warrior Goddess who vanquishes evil forces.
Day 7 – Kalaratri: Fierce and dark, Kalaratri symbolizes the destruction of ignorance and darkness, bringing light and wisdom.
Day 8 – Mahagauri: She represents purity and serenity. Mahagauri is often worshipped for spiritual fulfillment and peace.
Day 9 – Siddhidatri: The final form of Durga, she grants wisdom and supernatural powers (siddhis) to her devotees. Siddhidatri completes the Navratri journey with blessings.
